2. Services Provided Print It All offers a range of printing services, including but not limited to:

  • Printing on various surfaces (concrete, metals, glass, wood, stone)
  • Utilization of temporary and permanent UV and latex-based inks
  • On-site printing services within 50 miles of Murfreesboro, TN
  • Sale of turnkey printing systems for customer use
  • Access to third-party resources for specialized printing needs

3. Quotations and Pricing

  • All quotes provided are valid for [insert validity period]. Prices may vary based on project specifications and materials.
  • Payment is required upon acceptance of the quote unless alternative arrangements have been made.

4. Order Acceptance

  • Delivery timelines will be communicated at the time of order confirmation. The Company is not liable for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances.
  • Storage fees may apply for materials held beyond agreed timeframes.

7. Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Any cancellation requests must be made in writing and may be subject to a cancellation fee based on the status of the project.
  • Refund policies are determined case-by-case, based on whether the service has commenced or completed.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • Print It All shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including loss of profits or business interruption.
  • Customers must inspect and approve printed materials before final use.

9. Governing Law

  • These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Rutherford County, Tennessee.

10. Dispute Resolution

  • Any disputes arising from these terms will first be addressed through mediation in Rutherford County before initiating any legal proceedings.
